NATIONAL TRUST – Help care for nature, beauty and history by visiting one of the many National Trust sites.

HAPPIEST WHEN OUTDOORS – Yoga is a great way to destress, build strength and gain mobility. Kathy teaches a style of yoga called Vinyasa Flow, a practise that connects movement with the breath in and around the beautiful area of Cirencester and the Cotswold Water Park.  With her love of water, Kathy has combined Yoga, water and paddle-boards. She is a qualified BSUPA Stand Up Paddleboard instructor for beginners (BSUPA Ready to Ride), British Canoe SUP instructor and SUPFit SUP Yoga instructor, and teaches at Cotswold Water Park Hire (Lake 86, Spine Road. Next door to Cotswold Outdoors) and Waterland Outdoor Pursuits (Lake 32).
